I have been practicing trial law in Georgia for over 45 years in the State and Federal Courts. I am a former Georgia Assistant Attorney General. I have been lead counsel for the State in numerous class action cases in all three Federal Districts in Georgia. I have represented the Environmental Protection Division (EPD) of the GA Dept. of Natural Resources. I have handled numerous appeals in the State and Federal appellate Courts.
