Walton Wildlife Management Area is a 200-acre, state-owned complex of scattered crop fields, fallow fields, and wooded areas. The primary focus is dove field management and a variety of crops such as wheat, millet, sunflowers, and grain sorghum, which are annually planted to attract doves and other wildlife. The area also offers archery deer hunting and other small game hunting. Only shotguns may be used for small game hunting.
