Pine Street Market is a locally-sourced whole animal butcher shop specializing in the finest quality handcrafted charcuterie, artisan sausages, and a variety of fresh cuts from humanely-raised pork, beef, poultry, and lamb. We are proud to serve over 30 local Atlanta restaurants, participate in Atlanta’s top open-air farmer’s markets, and operate a retail store in Avondale Estates as well as a national web store. We also teach Butchery Classes and offer Food Safety Consulting.
