Back to the BASICS 101 is a family owned and operated whole grain business. Our family grows soft red wheat in Bleckley County. We have a stone mill that grinds the wheat into nutritionally-rich, fresh milled, whole grain flour. You won't find this caliber of flour in the grocery stores. This is the purest form of "whole grain" flour as we mill the "whole" kernel of wheat that includes the bran, germ, and endosperm. We mill for schools, restaraunts, and/or individuals.
